Instructional Field Hockey
The Epic Center’s instructional field hockey program meets once a week for one hour.
Basic skills such as hitting, dribbling and shooting are taught through instructional drills and games. Classes usually have a scrimmage in which the day’s skills are emphasized.
Shin guards and mouth guards are required.
