Instructional Lacrosse
The Epic Center’s instructional lacrosse program meets once a week for one hour.
Basic skills are taught through instructional drills and games. Classes usually have a scrimmage in which the day’s skills are emphasized.
- Boys:
- Full equipment is recommended – including mouth guards.
- Goalies must wear throat protectors.
- Plastic, legal sticks only – maximum length of 42 inches.
- Girls:
- Mouth guards are mandatory.
- Goalies must wear full equipment.
- Protective eyewear is recommended.
