Instructional Soccer
The Epic Center’s instructional soccer program meets once a week for one hour. Basic skills such as dribbling and receiving are taught.
The first half of classes includes instructional drills and games based on new skills that are taught. For the second half of class, there is a scrimmage in which the coaches emphasize the day’s skills. Shin guards are required.
