The philosophy of the Epic Center's instructional program is to bring quality athletic training to the Western New York community. Through a personable staff and experienced coaching, the Epic Center creates a solid foundation for future youth athletes.

All of the Epic Center's instructional classes are an hour long. For the first half of class, basic skills are taught with various drills and activities. For the second half, there is usually a scrimmage in which the day's skills are emphasized.

Through the Epic Center's instructional programs, children build a solid foundation for athletics while participating in a fun learning environment.
