The Epic Center’s instructional lacrosse program meets once a week for one hour.

Basic skills are taught through instructional drills and games. Classes usually have a scrimmage in which the day’s skills are emphasized.

Boys:
Full equipment is recommended – including mouth guards.
Goalies must wear throat protectors.
Plastic, legal sticks only – maximum length of 42 inches.

Girls:
Mouth guards are mandatory.
Goalies must wear full equipment.
Protective eyewear is recommended.
