The Epic Sports Center’s Flag Football program has grown steadily over the years. Players enjoy a three-man referee system and a choice of competitive or recreational leagues.
All leagues play on our 40 yard by 70 yard Victory Turf Field, Open #1.
During our September session, our league runs on Monday nights. During our November through May sessions, our league runs on your choice of Monday or Saturday nights. Our May and July sessions play Monday nights. Due to a youth flag football league on Saturday nights, the adult league for Saturday nights has been CANCELLED and only the Monday night league will be offered for the November 2024 and January 2025 sessions.
Please understand that due to the popularity of this league, teams may play one or two “spillover games” on an alternative day of the week per session. (For example, your team might have a game on a Thursday evening.) These games will be scheduled late in the session to better accommodate your team. Your captain will be informed about any spillover games when we phone with the first game time of the session.
During our Summer hours, our league continues to play indoors. We’ve recently installed a wall fan next to the Victory Turf Field to help disperse air and keep players cool.
Equipment:
Must have flags (flags may be rented from the Epic Center for $10.00 per session).
No spikes or turf shoes. Sneakers ONLY!
Regulations:
There are 10 to 18 players per team.
Eight play on the field at once.
There are two 25 minute halves.
There must be an adult coach (over 21 years old) present for all games. All players must be 18 years old or older to be elgible to play in this league. As long as you have at least one (1) player who is 21 years or older, you do NOT need a separate adult coach. Your team captain/contact person MUST be 21 years or older and is the SOLE INDIVIDUAL responsible for collecting team payments and paying Epic Center in full by the third game of the session.
There is a limit of two (2) coaches ONLY on the sidelines. NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PLAYERS' SIDE OF THE FIELD. All players on the Players' side of the field must be rostered players (roster frozen after the third game) and must have a Player Pass. Be sure to read the rules listed below for additional regulations!
Player Passes:
As part of our 20 Year Anniversary, if you currently have a Player Pass and are registered, you are now a LIFETIME MEMBER of Epic Center, and you'll never have to buy a Player Pass again.
If you currently don't have a Player Pass and registration with Epic Center, you need to pay a one-time fee of $25 at the front counter before your first game. You will be required to submit photo ID and sign a registration/waiver.
ALL PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE VALID PHOTO ID TO BE REGISTERED TO A TEAM.

Please print, complete, and mail our 2024-2025 Flag Football Registration Form with your payment. Also, please complete the Roster/Waiver. Dates below reflect session start weeks facility-wide, not neccessarily exact start dates.

Saturday League CANCELLED:
Due to a youth flag football league on Saturday nights, the adult league for Saturday nights has been CANCELLED and only the Monday night league will be offered for the November 2024 and January 2025 sessions. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
Ref Fees and Rescheduled Games:
Team pays referee fees ($45.00 per game, cash) directly to the referee before each game. If a team forfeits its game, it is responsible for all referee fees. Any team that forfeits is responsible for paying $90 before their next game. A deposit of $200.00 or payment in full must accompany the team registration form. All players must sign the player roster/waiver release form before each game.
Rescheduling must be done within the first two weeks of the session. Any rescheduling done after the second week must be approved by the league manager and a $20.00 administration fee must be paid.
